About Carol

I hope that you are enjoying your visit my Carol Otto – We Speak Medicare website. I’d like to share that my husband, Ray and I have recently moved to Rockwall, TX. I share a great love from living in the Puget Sound Washington area and find myself still looking for Mt Rainier in the horizon of a beautiful Texas sunny day. While I’m getting my “All Y’all” mastered, Ray and I love living near 5 of our 15 grandchildren: both of our daughters live within a mile of us. In addition, our two sons’ families are closer to reach and visit from the Central Time Zone. I enjoy a variety of crafts—typically about the house and garden and you’ll often finding me outside at Camp Gladiator workouts, bike riding, hiking, kayaking etc. I look forward to learning a little about you also as I answer your questions to Medicare insurance options.

I enjoy assisting folks to navigate what is locally available in Medicare insurance plans. Whether you are just turning 65 and need help translating health insurance vocabulary, or in need of an annual health insurance review; I can assist you. I share what you might not know regarding the many updates within the complex Medicare insurance options and their potential medical impact to the household budget. You’ll find that my goal is to keep dollars in your pocketbook, and the providers you like, while explaining the local Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Part D Rx Plans, and Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans suitable for you. Your every question will be answered. Following a visit with me, you’ll find that you better understand the basics of how Medicare insurance works, what it does and doesn’t cover, and what the best options are for you. As an Independent Insurance Broker specializing in Medicare insurance options, I am certified to represent a wide variety of highly rated plans offered in Texas and Washington so that you can chose with confidence.

Looking for a local speaker on Medicare related topics? I love scheduling to speak to groups discussing a wide variety of topics involving Medicare, such as: Who pays first?, Medicare’s Preventative Services, Medicare Coverage Outside the US…..to name a few. Also, I am a facilitator of the monthly Medicare Minute sponsored by MedicareRights.org.

We can meet in the convenience of your home, local coffee shop, or we can use a variety of digital enrollment options to meet your needs.
